Reality or the Truth of our existence is not what we think it is. Our thinking, five senses and brain capacity are sub-optimal for seeing the Buddha’s Knowledge and Wisdom. This human body, as taught by the Buddha has six senses. We have five physical senses: sight, sound, taste, touch, smell, and the Buddha taught that there is a sixth sense, which is the mind. When we develop the mind’s capacity it has the potential to perceive reality beyond our five senses. Without a spiritual and meditation practice our experience of this world is limited.
